Scripture Interprets Itself

We are most capable of understanding the instructions left for us by our Creator and should shun the temptation of 'discovering deeper meanings'.  He does expect us to make an effort, such as reading Scriptures and studying in fellowship with other Set Apart believers. When we show Him our intent and abide by His Instructions, best we can in this day and age, He gives us understanding as we are comforted with the truth revealed to us by His Set Apart Spirit. This would be akin to Y'shua explaining to his Apostles the gist of the parables wherein they gained a better understanding. 

Pharisees, Sadducees, scribes, rabbis, preachers and all the church fathers lose their perceived power, importance, money and control over the common folk when the common folk start reading Torah, the first five books of the Old Testament, Yah's Instructions in Righteous Living, for themselves.

'Types and Shadows' are not deeper things. They are examples written of (foretold) in the OT and usually revealed (fulfilled) in the NT, or yet to be fulfilled - this would be an example of Scripture interpreting itself and why we need to read The Book as a whole. There is much written in the 'Old Testament' that offers explanations for what is written in the 'New Testament'.  Also, the rule of thumb mentioned throughout Scriptures, the 'Two or Three Rule', is a key to better understanding. It is nice and comforting to say "wherever two or three are gathered Messiah is there too" but that's not the end of it.

Second Corinthians 13, Paul says:  "This is the third time that I have prepared to come to you; that by the mouth of two or three witnesses, every word may be established." (The Corinthians wanted proof that Paul was teaching The Way of Y'shua.). First Timothy 5:19 we read the instruction pertaining to a complaint against an elder of the assembly that there needs be two or three witnesses supporting this complaint.  And in Matthew 18:20 Y'shua says: "Wherefore two or three are assembled in my Name* there I am also among them."

1 Corinthians 14:27, 29:

If any speak in a foreign language, let two speak or at most three and let them speak one by one; and let someone interpret.  If there is no one to interpret, let he who speaks be silent in the assembly, but let him speak to himself and Yahweh.  And as to prophets, let two or three speak and let the rest judge.

In the studies of Andrew G. Roth I have read: A Torah principle for establishing a House of Judges requires that two or more parties petition Yahweh to obtain His Judgment rather than following man's judgment.  This is a legal requirement which ensures that the Will of Yah is being sought and followed to bring perfect unity. 

Numbers 35:30; Deuteronomy 17:6 ~ The death sentence can be executed only on the evidence of witnesses; the testimony of a single witness shall not suffice for a sentence of death.  

Deuteronomy 19:15 ~ A single witness may not validate against a person any guilt or blame for any offense that may be committed; a case can be valid only on the testimony of two witnesses or more.  

 

Several times in my studies I have come across two or three verses scattered throughout Scriptures that witness to the same 'idea' or lesson and relate to the same instructions. These are those "Ah-Hah!" moments when The Light goes on and it all makes sense. This is evidence of His Set Apart Spirit revealing Truth which Comforts me. This is the Two or Three Rule in action.

In our day to day affairs there will be times when we need to make difficult decisions.  Just remember to address the decision making process by searching out two or three other guidelines found in Scriptures or consulting with a couple of trusted Set Apart Believers. This makes me think of Moses ruling the mixed multitude that came out of Egypt.  Eventually he set up reliable men to handle the day-to-day problems and challenges of the people, while anything that went beyond their abilities was brought before him.  It also brings to mind the purpose of the Urim and Thummin as the instrument of decision:

Exodus 28:30 ~ Inside the breast piece of decision you shall place the Urim and Thummim so that they are over Aaron's heart when he comes before YHWH. Thus Aaron shall carry the instrument of decision for Yah's People over his heart at all times.

There are many things that we handle day by day, some tougher than others, but most times we can handle it and make the proper decisions if we are Scripture Smart.  Other things need to be handed off to those more qualified than ourselves to help make the decision. Regardless, in the end, our Father in heaven gives the final answer to all things. Since we no longer have a high priest on earth, we still rely on Yahweh to tell us 'yes or no' via His Set Apart Spirit.  Scriptures have temporarily replace the Urim and Thummin as our instrument of decision until the day that Y'shua takes his place as our king and high priest.

*We gather together in His Name:  Yah-weh the Father is the Most High, Almighty, our Creator whose name He gave to His Son.  Yah-shua is His Son and it is by his Name we pray; it is in his Name two or three can gather together and he is there via Yah's Spirit. Y'shua called this Spirit another Redeemer, the Comforter, the Spirit of Truth.   It is a harmonious connection of Oneness.

Yah's Choice of Leaders

Judges 3:12 ~
Once again the Israelites did evil in the sight of Yah so He gave Eglon king of Moab power over Israel because they had done evil in His sight.

Daniel 2:21 ~

Our Creator changes the times and season; He removed kings and establishes them. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

Folks seem to overlook the reason our Creator puts certain rulers in place - it is because we the people have done evil in His sight. Back when Samuel was the leader of the Israelites he had to face the facts:

1 Samuel 8:7 ~ Yah replied to Samuel, "Heed the demand of the people in everything they say to you. It is not you they have rejected, it is Me they have rejected as their King. Like everything else they have done ever since I brought them out of Egypt, to this day - forsaking Me and worshiping other gods - they are doing to you. Heed their demands but warn them solemnly, and tell them about the practices of any king who will rule over them."

Ever since mankind turned his back on God we have been in a downward spiral, which is evident in today's world. Man gave up his "God Given Rights" when he turned his back on Him and started ruling for himself. The rights we read of in Scriptures never really made it into the Declaration of Independence: words which were not combined with deeds resulted in the death of faith.

“Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!”

Psalm 1:1 ~ Happy is the man who has not followed the counsel of the wicked, or taken the path of sinners, or joined the company of the insolent; rather the teaching of Yahweh Elohim is his delight, and he studies that teaching day and night.
 

Exodus 18:21 ~ You should seek out from among all the people capable men who fear God, trustworthy men who spurn ill-gotten gain.
 

2 Chronicles 19:2 ~ Should one give aid to the wicked and befriend those who hate YHWH?
 

2 Corinthians 6:14 ~ Do not be yoked with those who do not believe; for what fellowship has righteousness with iniquity or what fellowship has light with darkness? 

 
So, tell me how all God-fearing Bible-believing people can actually cast a vote come November? I could vote in this election IF I were to set our Creator and His Instructions aside and ignore all His teachings, rules and regulations - basically forget everything I have learned from reading Scriptures. 

 

I refuse to vote for the 'lesser of two evils'. 

 

I was told by a couple of different folks that we weren't voting between "Jesus" and the other guy. That is somewhat true but with more folks suggesting to 'vote for values' it seems the available candidates are lacking in all righteous values. I choose to keep our heavenly Father first and foremost in my life. I choose Good over Evil, and who is good but He who created us? He puts leaders in place and removes them to accomplish His Plan and clearly - Clearly - this country, if not the entire world, is coming up for review.

The Hebrew word 'yirah' means 'fear' as in 'awesome and/or terrifying' contrary to the popular teachings that the "Fear of God" is not really fear but 'love and respect'. Our God IS awesome AND terrifying which garners my love, respect and obedience.

I've been thinking that all professed believers in the God of this Universe should turn their backs on all aspects of this election process and prepare for the communist take over of this country. Whatever happens, whatever the outcome, it will be the end of the world as we know it. Things are ugly now but just wait until November rolls around - no matter who you vote for, no matter who wins - the response will be violent, hateful and dramatic. It wouldn't surprise me if the UN troops were brought in at that time to usher us into the NWO. 

 

 

Future Events and the End Time Scenario

It ain't the end yet

but as Y'shua has said

there are things that must happen first. 

 

We have been told what to watch for, as recorded in Scriptures, which will occur over time before the return of Messiah so that we will prepare before it's too late to be saved from the coming flood of Wrath, also known as the final 7 Bowls/Cups of Plagues.  Take a look at the headlines around the world and it should be very easy to understand His Anger.  There is no 'rapture' event; those still alive in that coming timeline will see the return of Y'shua.  I know many in these days would like to see his return hoping to be saved from the awful wickedness, but as mentioned earlier, there are still things that must happen.

The events that happened in the days of Noah and what happened in the days of Sodom and Gomorrah are both lessons that serve to show us the behavior and mindset of people who are disobedient or rebellious, putting themselves first and God as an afterthought, if they thought about Him at all. They mocked or ignored the ones preparing to be saved from destruction. Today we can recognize the same mindset. Set Apart believers are called 'conspiracy theorists' and are mocked or ignored as we continue to study Scriptures and learn how to prepare for those end time events. Back in the days of Noah as in the days of Lot many did not have faith in the Creator and lived life the way they saw fit, sort of the 'live and let live' mindset many have today. 

Jude 1:6

And the Messengers (aka Watchers, those angels whose offspring were the Nephilim) that did not keep their first estate but left their station, He has reserved in chains unknown, under darkness to the judgment of the great day. And in like manner, Sodom and Gomorrah and the surrounding cities which followed sexual sin and went after strange flesh, are also placed beneath eternal fire, being doomed to judgment.

We read in the second letter of Peter that our Master YHWH knows how to rescue from afflictions those who fear Him, and He will reserve the wicked for the day of judgment to be tormented, and especially those who go after the flesh in the lusts of perversions.

We have also been told about a coming delusion which was already in the making:

2 Thessalonians 2:9
For the coming of that Evil One is the working of Satan with all power and signs and lying wonders and with all the deceptiveness of iniquity in them that perish because they did not receive the love of the truth by which they might have life. Therefore YHWH will send upon them the strength of a deception that they may believe a lie, and that they all may be condemned who believe not the truth but have pleasure in iniquity.

2 Thessalonians 2:7
For the mystery of the Evil One already begins to be operative and only if that which now hinders will be taken from the midst, then at length will that Evil One be revealed who Master Y'shua will consume by the breath of his mouth and will bring to nothing by the visibility of his coming.

What came to my mind this morning was the various Facebook memes that are being passed around lately, composed of prayers to God to save America, save those who have the virus,  bring peace to those who hate, bless the military, as well as asking for His protection.  It's not that everyone is becoming religious all of a sudden or truly having faith in our Creator but as it is in time such as these many think He is the only answer.  If some of these folks would actually read Scriptures they would find His promise which is the answer no one wants to hear.

From the very beginning Yahweh has told us everything we need to know in order for us to have life eternal. Through our studies and searching Scriptures truth is revealed via His Spirit dwelling within us. He has not hidden anything but man sure has piled on tons of lies and distractions upon the Word of Yahweh our Creator.

Deuteronomy 11:26

See, I am setting before you today a blessing and a curse:  the blessing, if you listen to the commandments of Yahweh your Creator, which I am commanding you today; and the curse, if you do not listen to the commandments of Yahweh, but turn aside from the way which I am commanding you today, by following other gods which you have not known. 

Deuteronomy 30:15

See, I have set before you today life and prosperity, and death and adversity. For I command you this day to love Yahweh, to walk in His ways, and to keep His commandments, His laws, and His rules, that you may thrive and increase, and that He may bless you. But if your heart turns away and you give no heed, and are lured into the worship and service of other gods, I declare to you this day that you shall certainly perish. I have put before you life and death, blessing and curse. Chose life by loving Yahweh your Creator, heeding His commands and holding fast to Him. For thereby you shall have life and shall long endure.

I am not against prayer - we should be in communication with our Creator always, good times and bad times. If people are feeling hopeless while viewing the news of world events today it seems right to look inward and pray to God for help, even though He became their last resort.  With more folks seemingly looking for His help I can imagine the next step in the Strong Delusion could well be the fake return of His Son, perhaps as an extraterrestrial which many have been programmed to accept.  Most of us have seen the movies: ET; Close Encounters of the Third Kind; Contact; Men in Black etc.... the ones showing friendly interaction with beings from another world with a hint of some bad aliens.  Some people even believe humans were caused to exist via extraterrestrials (another reason for the Day of Wrath).

Please keep this in mind for when that day arrives when one charismatic man stands up and offers a solution to the troubles of this world and presents an agreement/treaty/peace plan which stops the perceived WWIII from breaking loose, all people will be amazed by his power and believe no one could go to war against him.  This day is the beginning of three and half years of 'peace and safety'.

2 Thessalonians begins in regard to the return of Y'shua and our standing strong in our Faith in him, that we should not be uprooted in our mind nor be troubled or deceived. Paul writes that before the Son of Elohim returns, first will come a defection and that man of sin will be revealed; the son of perdition; who is an opponent and exalts himself above all that is called praiseworthy; so that he also sits in the temple of (God) as a deity and displays himself as if he were a deity.

The defection is also called the 'falling away' or the 'great apostasy' which is the fallen state of Churchianity as a whole.  Even in Paul's day there was an all-Gentile church forming which aimed to throw off God's Instructions and reinvent Messiah to put him more in line with Hellenism, polytheism and paganism. The Defection (which is already in progress) will become most evident when the Final World Leader takes his place, that man of sin, the son of perdition.  The Truth of the Matter will be fully evident 3-1/2 years later.

At the end of those 3-1/2 years Y'shua will return.

World News, Current Events and Thoughts to Ponder 2020

It is the end of the world as we once knew it. Things are ugly now but just wait until November 2020 rolls around - no matter who you vote for, no matter who wins - the response will be violent, hateful and dramatic. It wouldn't surprise me if the UN troops were brought in at that time to usher us into the NWO. Our Messiah told us things would be bad and then get worse but not to worry ourselves because these things must happen..... but it ain't the end yet.

My advice is for all good-hearted people to get ready to ride the storm out. Downsize, stock up, enhance security measures for you and your family, connect with like minded folks in your community so you know who to trust, get off 'their' radar, lie low and always trust God. He has told us the end from the beginning and we are seeing bits and pieces of prophecy coming true in these days.

Preparing for the days ahead is not a bad thing to do. Storing emergency supplies is not a bad thing to do. Stocking your pantry with assorted canned goods, rice and beans is not a bad thing. Moving out of big cities is a good thing to consider. Remember, Noah was the first prepper whilst stocking the ark. He had enough supplies to last at least a year. Joseph was a prepper, stashing extra grains for the hard times coming their way, which would last seven years. Both these men knew what was coming and prepared to endure. They knew because The Creator told them and by faith they did what needed to be done. The same goes for us now. We read and study Scriptures, and know what is to happen. By faith we prepare and rely on our Creator to see us through.

Folks need to realize we have been brainwashed from birth. Maybe not directly by our parents and grandparents, but definitely through years of being exposed to main stream media outlets; public schooling; advertisement companies; religious leaders; cult leaders; friends and neighbors.

It's time to get off the gravy train before it arrives at one of those FEMA camps. Many will welcome the final world leader, accept his 'name and number' and his promises of 'peace and safety'.  But we who love searching out the truth will endure.

Once again someone has taken Scriptures out of context to create a meme to shame those who believe all lives matter..... it's the one going around about the 100 sheep and one goes astray = The story is a Parable Messiah told to the scribes and Pharisees who were once again arguing and challenging him.

The parable is about a shepherd who did lose one sheep and he did go out looking for it. When he found it he rejoiced. Y'shua Messiah then explains the parable:

Luke 15:7 ~ I say to you that thus will be the joy in Heaven over one sinner who repents; than over the ninety and nine righteous who do not need repentance.

He gives two more examples and each one points towards the great joy before the angels and God Himself over One Sinner Who Repents. And as it is today, it is not about whose lives matters but it is about that one sinner who repents.

A 'delusion' is something that is falsely believed or propagated. It can be a persistent false psychotic belief regarding the self or persons or objects outside the self that is maintained despite indisputable evidence to the contrary. It is the act of tricking or deceiving someone.

'Doubt' makes one call into question the truth; to be uncertain and consider something unlikely. If we have been deluded into believing something (lies) while ignoring proof to the contrary (truth) then we have been tricked and deceived which causes us to doubt the truth, becoming uncertain of its reality: if we do not love truth we will be content to accept lies.

I am tired of the blame game.
Civil unrest brews for a very long time before rioting breaks loose. It is the City's Mayor who calls the shots and the Chief of Police follows orders calling up his men to quell the mobs. If crowd control techniques fail then it is the Mayor's duty to place the call for the National Guard.

"When it comes to rules on use of force and how Guard troops are armed, officials say each state has its own playbook."

 

Blaming the president for all this is unfounded. Mayors who are not calling up the National Guard for help in a timely manner have contributed to drawing out the violence and the destruction of their cities.  I am not 100% in love with Drumpf but he is not to blame for the continuing riots. The way I see it, each city's own government system failed to do their job.

"The folks at Moderna "have developed proprietary technologies and methods to create mRNA sequences that cells recognize as if they were produced in the body".  Using messenger RNA and programming it to interface with existing DNA within the body leaves me with the awful feeling that they are messing with God's Creation and we know from reading Scriptures nothing good will come of it.

I still believe that both parties are two sides of the same corrupt coin giving us the illusion of choice, but I'm telling you, anyone else standing up and giving this speech would be applauded by many. He mentions things I have studied out years ago and I give him credit for thinking he just might achieve these goals..... If you take the time to just listen to the words, you may actually get what he's saying. This speech is four years old,  but is just as pertinent today, only a couple of weeks until election day.

It's Alright to Hate the Doctrine of the Nicolaitans

 Revelation, Chapter Two

Ephesus ~
He knows our toil and patience and that we cannot endure the wicked. We test those who claim to be apostles, followers of The Way, to see if they are being truthful or are liars. We have had patience and have shouldered the burden on account of His Name and have not shirked. Yet he has a matter against us on account of our former love which we have left. We need to remember from where we have fallen and repent and do the former works; or if not He will come quickly and remove our menorah from its place, except we repent. But here is something in our favor: we hate the deeds of the Nicolaitans which he also hates.

Note: to leave our 'former love' is to stop putting YHWH Elohim first in all things. We are to love Him with all our heart, soul, mind and might First and Foremost.

In Revelation 2:6, and 2:15, it is stated that the Doctrine of the Nicolaitans is a thing to be hated. The Nicolaitans believed in the freedom of the flesh and taught that the deeds of the flesh had no effect upon the health of the soul and had no relation to salvation. They believed that faith alone, not obedience to the Instructions of our Creator (aka Torah) was necessary for salvation. They could behave anyway they liked as long as they claimed to have 'faith in god'. A little research on this topic brought to mind Universalism and how similar it is to the basic belief of the Nicolaitans, something we should hate, which were were told about in Revelation. 

Universalism is a False Teaching

Generically it is the belief that all people will eventually receive salvation and eternal life. This doctrine is prevalent in liberal Christianity (among both Protestants and Roman Catholics), as well as in the New Age movement.

Specifically, Universalism refers to a movement dating from the late 18th century that originally affirmed Universalism on the basis that Jesus' redemptive death paid for the sins of all people. As Universalism developed it came to affirm that people are acceptable as they are and that no atonement or redemption from sin is needed or provided. This brought to mind the teaching of "eternal security" which became the Christian mantra of 'Once Saved Always Saved'. This, too, is a false teaching and seems to be the mindset of both the Nicolaitans and the Universalists as well as many other denominations that divide Christians. There is nothing new under the sun, just the same old pagan traditions wrapped in a more modern acceptable appearance so as not to offend anyone.  Constantine would be proud.

You see that by works a man is justified and not by faith alone.

Failed System

Our Entire Governmental System has failed - it is no longer Democrats vs Republicans or any other liberal independent socialist parties on the sidelines. If you're willing to bring God into the picture all you need to do is read Scriptures from the beginning a few times and you will see the pieces come together revealing what we see going on in today's world. 

Superpowers need to be taken down so the final world govt can take over - it is prophecy we are a witness to. Praying for America is not going to change anything, but praying for fellow Set Apart believers will help us understand what's going on = we must get our own house in order first if we think we are going to endure the changes coming our way. Once we stand firm in our Faith in God (Yahweh) we can affect those around us, and so on. The American Dream was a trap that kept us brainwashed all these years and now we see the nightmare it really is.
